NDK Explorer

The Nigel Dennis Kayaks (NDK) Explorer is the large expedition version of the NDK Romany 16. It has similar design attributes of its shorter cousin, but higher hull speed and more cargo room for expedition-minded paddlers. This kayak with a long waterline fills the niche for a sleek, yet stable expedition kayak. It carves turns gracefully. Its high volume bow stops the kayak from plunging into waves and together with its maneuverability gives a paddler good control in surf. The keyhole cockpit with thigh braces allows for easy handling. The Explorer is not designed to be the fastest expedition kayak, but a more user-friendly kayak.

NDK Romany Surf

The Nigel Dennis Kayak's (NDK) ROMANY SURF, is designed as a day, play, short trip kayak for the larger paddler that wants that Romany performance. It has a wider keyhole cockpit than any other British made fiberglass sea kayak and has more volume in the rear to support the paddler's extra weight and gear. The Romany Surf has higher initial stability than the Romany, and with its flatter hull and harder chines, it surfs even better…just ask Fiona Whitehead. The hull design offers maximum support and the shaped foredeck allows for larger feet.

Point 65 Whiskey 16

The Whiskey 16 is a new breed of kayak designed by Nigel Foster, one of the most respected and renowned Kayak Instructors and Expedition paddlers on the planet!
     The Whiskey is very playful, turns easy and tracks great with or without the retractable skeg.
     This particular kayak was used by Nigel's wife Kristin Nelson to teach from. It has a few scratches but nothing too bad.
      Four hatches and good volume make this kayak easy to pack for multiday trips. It is equaly at home in calm back waters and rough bumpy water.
